Our Story
Quality Strategies Consulting (Pty) Ltd (QSC) is an independent, consulting, training and auditing provider established in 2016. It was born out of the desire to develop unparalleled skills and knowledge with honesty and integrity to laboratory Management and technical staff and having identified a lack of specific interventions for this. To this end, QSC offers support services to organisations in the testing, manufacturing, health care and public sector including NGOs to enhance their skills, knowledge, and behavioural competences to improve their business operations. This is achieved through Quality Management training, System Integrity and QMS audits, Needs Assessment and provision of accreditation support services.

Founded by Dr. Timothy Ndapwadza and Ms Colleen Ndapwadza, QSC (Pty) Ltd exists to address specific gaps in behavioural and technical competences required to produce unbiased and competent testing services which leads to business excellence.
